We understand finding your ideal countryside venue can be a fun yet daunting experience! Countryside venues offer a lovely escape but often come with challenges which may give you pause, like unpredictable weather, seasonal temperature fluctuations, and lack of other certain conveniences.
We understand how you and your loved ones want to enjoy your special day in beautiful surroundings while staying comfortable. At Sweet Promise Farm we've got you covered!
We have a fully insulated and climate-controlled indoor venue, with dressing rooms for the bride and groom, and separate men's and women's bathrooms. Our catering kitchen is equipped with windows to easily serve into the main hall or onto our spacious covered patio.
You can choose to have both the ceremony and reception indoors to keep you and your guests comfortable year-round. We also offer an outdoor ceremony space that is conveniently located just steps away from the chapel.
Sweet Promise Farm offers you and your wedding party many breathtaking natural views for gorgeous photos, like our generations-old oak trees, wildflowers, heart-shaped pond with fountain, and our sweet miniature donkeys.

Here are the most commonly asked questions
What is the rental fee and what does it include? What is the building capacity?
150 guests including the wedding party.
What dates are available? Is there a deposit? When are the additional payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?
We require a $1,000 deposit after the contract is signed. The second installment is due nine months prior to the event and will be 50% of the remaining balance. The final installment will be required 90 days prior to the event. Special payment arrangements may be made on a case-by-case basis for those booking closer to their event date. We also require a credit card on file for any incidentals (i.e. damages to the facility or grounds).
How do I reserve a date?We recommend a tour of our chapel and farm in person or a one-on-one virtual tour before reserving a date. However, if you choose to reserve a date online, please email us at hello@sweetpromisefarm.com with the subject line, “I’m ready to book.” Please provide your preferred date and a back-up date in case your preferred date is not available. Upon request, if date is available, a contract will be sent over and a $1000 deposit will be due to secure your date.

From the moment I first pulled into the driveway, I knew this was where I wanted to have our wedding. The venue is absolutely breathtaking, but what truly makes Sweet Promise Farm special is the people behind it.
Mrs. Renee, Joe, and Lacey became so much more than venue staff during this process. They became people I trusted completely with one of the most important days of my life.
When our wedding day finally arrived, they did everything they could to make it perfect. Mrs. Renee, Joe, and Lacey helped with setup, coordination, problem solving, cleanup, and so many little things that most people never even saw. Because of them, I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment instead of worrying about what needed to be done next.
Lacey was an incredible day of coordinator. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly and made sure every detail came together beautifully. There were so many moments throughout the day where I looked around and thought, "This is exactly what I dreamed of."

The venue itself is gorgeous, the pricing is wonderful, and the communication throughout the entire process was amazing. But what I will remember most is how loved and cared for we felt. They didn't treat us like another wedding on the calendar. They treated us like family.
The donkeys, they were such a fun addition, and our guests absolutely loved getting pictures with them.
